We have a unique opportunity to join our team as an Administration Assistant on a full time basis. The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for the effective and efficient administration of all aspects of SEDA Group’s operations.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, Training Operations, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Assisting with administration of VETTRAK student management system
- Contributing to the administration of SEDA Group enrolment processes
- Printing and posting/distributing certificates and statements of attainment
- Ensuring the organisation adheres to Quality and Compliance requirements
- Dealing effectively with inbound calls and client queries
