Collaborating with some of our sporting partners such as Cricket Australia, Collingwood Football Club, Melbourne United, Melbourne Victory, Fremantle Dockers, Sydney FC, and Western Sydney Wanderers, SEDA offers a dual diploma program connected to sport and business in VIC, NSW, and WA.  We have an exciting opportunity for an inspiring and enthusiastic Program Manager who loves being a hands-on leader and will ensure this program hits the ground as is intended.  

Reporting to the National Training Manager with your extensive experience in leading staff/teams you will bring your integrity, and passion for excellence to successfully inspire, lead and coach the Diploma teachers to provide an exceptional education experience where students feel connected, empowered, and supported. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • overseeing the facilitation, training, and assessment of the dual Diploma programs;
  • ensuring a positive and engaged student journey for the dual Diploma programs;
  • utilizing your teaching craft to effectively inspire, lead and manage a team of staff in the development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative and compliant programs;
  • objectively assess the capacity of the teaching staff to engage students, develop knowledge and skills, and deliver quality training outcomes; and
  • championing our positive and engaged workplace culture.


You will be joining SEDA as a pivotal part of the Training Operations team, so it is critical that you have a qualification in education, and extensive experience teaching/training students preferably in the vocational and/or higher education settings.
