We have a rare opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, and committed Marketing Partnerships Manager on a full-time basis, who is responsible for managing all marketing relationships with SEDA’s industry partners nationally. The role will require you to work autonomously to build meaningful relationships, drive mutually beneficial outcomes and develop/execute on agreed annual marketing plans

Reporting to the National Marketing Manager you will bring your passion and exceptional stakeholder management skills to:

  • Support the National Marketing Manager to manage and deliver the national SEDA Group marketing strategy
  • Develop annual marketing plans in collaboration with industry sporting partners to drive student acquisition
  • Manage marketing relationships with industry sporting partners nationally and implement promotional initiatives through their networks to maximize awareness of SEDA Group and SEDA College programs
  • Develop and execute targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns and manage events including program launches, career expos and information sessions
  • Support SEDA College’s nationally to identify promotional opportunities and achieve marketing outcomes via key industry partners
  • Assist with developing strategic direction for the growth of SEDA Group programs
  • Travel to interstate locations to promote the current programs and identify areas for future growth of the program
  • Engage, inform and support SEDA Group staff on all outcomes relating to media and marketing including regular briefings throughout the year
  • Ensure SEDA Group marketing initiatives are delivered in a professional manner

Your interpersonal skills will be second to none as you will be required to manage a variety of relationships across a number of different stakeholder groups coupled with your working knowledge of computer software packages, website content management systems, desktop publishing applications, social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

You will possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.  You will deliver excellence by taking personal accountability for achieving high quality outcomes and a flexible approach to diverse work demands in a fast-paced environment.
