We have a rare opportunity for a creative and supportive National Training Manager with proven VET Expertise to join our team on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the General Manager, Training Operations you will bring your passion and flair for developing high quality, engaging, and applied curriculum, as your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

You will be joining SEDA as a pivotal part of the Training Operations team, so it is critical that you can have a tertiary qualification in education, training and assessment, or a related discipline are required (post-graduate qualifications are well regarded and demonstrate experience in developing and managing curriculum within the vocational education and training sector and more broadly.
You will possess demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive training, delivery, and assessment strategies, coupled with solid knowledge of ASQA / SRTO / VRQA / State/Federal funding and training package requirements, with experience in internal and external audits; and will have proficiency in utilising Student Management Systems (SMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Experience using PC based software such as VETTRAK, SVTS and EPSILON is desirable. You will have a creative toolkit that encompasses blended delivery, classroom-based delivery, work-based delivery, online delivery, and distance learning; with a strong understanding of contemporary learning to suit the differing needs of students.
You will possess excellent organisational and leadership skills, with an ability to prioritise and manage workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances. You will deliver excellence by taking personal accountability for achieving high quality outcomes and a flexible approach to diverse work demands in a fast-paced environment. You will conceptualise and implement continuous improvement strategies as you establish and maintain effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
