We have a rare opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, and committed Quality and Compliance Lead who is motivated to make their contribution count, on a part time basis.

You will assist the National Quality and Compliance Manager in the leadership of our RTO quality and compliance and will support adherence to the VET Quality Framework, VET Student Loans program, respective state funding contracts and other relevant RTO legislation. You will implement a range of systems and processes to mitigate SEDA’s compliance risk and is also required to ensure SEDA’s approach to continuous improvement.

You will be joining SEDA as a pivotal part of the Quality and Compliance team, so it is critical that you have sound knowledge and understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.  Your proven past track record as a Quality and Compliance extraordinaire will need to be demonstrated for your application to be considered. Your interpersonal skills will be second to none as you will be required to manage a variety of relationships across several different stakeholder groups coupled with your working knowledge of RTO policy and best practice, state and federal funding arrangements, internal and external audit processes, and Student Management Systems (SMS), VETtrak or equivalent.

You will possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.  You will deliver excellence by taking personal accountability for achieving high quality outcomes and a flexible approach to diverse work demands in a fast-paced environment.
