Success stories

  • After graduating from SEDA, Nathan gained a position as a Membership and Ticketing Coordinator at Cricket Victoria. This was a 3 month position working in the membership and ticketing area for the T20 Big Bash season. Nathan is now studying a Double Degree in Exercise and Sport Science/Business (Sports Management) at Deakin University.

  • Since graduating, Stephanie has been accepted into a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Deakin University. She is also continuing her employment at Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club, which she gained through her work placement with the club. In the future, Stephanie is hoping to complete her Honours Degree in Occupational Therapy and travel overseas to assist children in underprivileged countries.

  • The highlight of the SEDA program for Christian was his work placement with the North Melbourne Football Club. Since graduating from SEDA, Christian has been accepted into the Bachelor of Youth Work at Victoria University but has decided to take a gap year to accept a position with the Victoria Amateur Football Association (VAFA) as a Football Operations Officer.
