An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, innovative and proactive individual to join our Digital Learning team on a 6-month contract, with the possibility to extend. This newly created role will be based at our head office in Hawthorn East, Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the development of senior secondary curriculum for SEDA programs nationally
• Integrating 21st century quality teaching practices, innovations and technologies into the current SEDA curriculum
• Lead and support the development and implementation of strategies, programs and initiatives to enhance the use of educational
technologies to improve students’ learning experience.
• Integrate 21st century quality teaching practices, innovations and technologies into the current SEDA curriculum.
• Develop expertise within the current LMS (Schoolbox)

Skills and Experience
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, inclusive of contemporary course design and instructional design.
• Demonstrated proficiency working with Digital Learning / eLearning technologies.
• Experience in developing and implementing technology into an educational program.
• Experience in Project and/or change management.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using ICT and relevant software and database packages.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as a team member to achieve goals.
• Strong organisational, planning and time management skills with an ability to prioritise and manage workload, meet deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.

• A tertiary qualification in Education, Sports or Technology-related field (essential)
• Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration (desirable but not essential)
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable but not essential)
