We have a unique opportunity to join our team as a Student Administration Coordinator on a full-time basis.

The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate SEDA Group’s administration requirements. This includes the administration and management of VETTRAK and VET Student Loans, strong contributions to ASQA/VRQA, DET compliance, Skills First Funding Contracts compliance, interstate funding contracts, and VET Student Loans; as well as a range of other administrative and supporting functions including the production of data sets, reports and quality indicators.

The Student Administration Coordinator also contributes to the administration of national apprenticeships. Reporting through to the Administration Manager, Training Operations, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Coordinate the end to end administration of student enrolments through to student completions including confirmation of student’s eligibility as per regulatory requirements prescribed for each State
  • Administer student enrolments, results and course completions within VETTRAK Student Management System
  • Collate, review and administer VET Student Loans applications in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate Australian School-Based traineeship and Apprenticeship sign-ups, eligibility requirements incentives claim’s and reporting of data
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and partners to effectively administer the various SEDA programs
  • Promote a positive student experience throughout the student life-cycle from prospective students through to graduation
  • Adhere to national Quality and Compliance requirements
