In the inaugural year for the Sydney FC Diploma of Sport & Business, students have enjoyed unlimited access to Sydney FC across all of our Areas of Study. Highlighted with workshops delivered by Guest Speakers from Sydney FC. For example Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Marketing, Head of Academy, Analysis Department, Visiting Academy Training Sessions, Visiting A-League Training Sessions.
Students have had the opportunity to volunteer with a number of Sydney FC projects such as the Sky Blue Cup, Sydney FC Schools Cup, and the Kennards Kids Day. Within the program students have had the opportunity to pitch, develop and deliver Major Projects. The projects were the delivery of a Match Day in the new stadium and a Women’s Football Gala Day in one of Sydney’s Associations. These have given students the opportunity to show leadership and organisational skills within the Sydney FC brand and culture. It has been an amazing year which the students have been very excited to be apart of and proud of their achievements.
