The Empower Her Future Program will connect you with mentors and experience through a 300-hour internship* with one of Business in Heels’ extensive networks across a range of industries including Technology, Cybersecurity, Energy, Finance and Retail Technology.
Business in Heels works in collaboration with SEDA Group RTO: 22503 on marketing and promotional services relating to the recruitment of prospective students for this program. *Internship is unpaid.

The Empower Her Future program will be delivered three days face-to-face, including two hours mentoring, per week.
This is inclusive of an eight-week internship (work-integrated learning) conducted over 4 x 2-week blocks.

The BSB50120 Diploma of Business will comprise the 12 units of competency listed below.

Another key component of the Empower Her Future Program is the MyPLAN, MySKILLS, MyCAREERTM that is delivered as part of the SEDA Model.
You will:
– develop a detailed career plan and professional portfolio,
– earn badging as you progress through levels demonstrating key skills and attributes identified by industry partners,
– undertake internships through Business in Heels industry networks,
– explore career pathways and acquire transferable skills in real workplace settings.
Selection into the Business in Heels Empower Her Future Program is based on an online application and interview process.

The VET Student Loans program assists eligible students pay tuition fees for approved vocational education and training (VET) courses. A VET Student Loan is a loan from the Australian Government that helps eligible students pay their tuition fees. Your loan is repaid through the Australian tax system when you reach the minimum income threshold for repayment.
In 2025, the VET Student Loan program will be available for the BSB50120 Diploma of Business with SEDA Group. A VET Student Loan will not be approved for students who do not meet eligibility requirements. In 2025, the maximum VET Student Loan amount (course cap) for BSB50120 Diploma of Business is $12,557.
